Refund & Returns Policy – Ameeron Luxury
Thank you for shopping at Ameeron Luxury. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality, long-lasting perfumes. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a request.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel
At least 95% of the Perfume should be there in the bottleYou must provide a proper unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from start to finish.
(Without a video, we cannot process complaints.)
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened, sprayed, or used perfumes
Tester Boxes (due to hygiene and sampling purposes)
Products without original packaging
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Items returned after the 3 days window
3. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Record a full unboxing video as proof.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Our team will review the evidence and provide a replacement or compensation.
Without video proof, we cannot entertain claims for damage or wrong items.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only when:
The product is returned to us in its original condition.
Our inspection team verifies the product is unused and undamaged.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash.
Refunds typically take 3–7 working days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if:
The product is unused and unopened.
The exchange request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Shipping charges for sending back and re-sending the exchange item will be paid by the customer.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
Fake or fraudulent COD orders will be blocked permanently.
7. Tester Box Policy
Tester Boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable.
These samples are provided solely for testing fragrance selections.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for returning the product safely.
If the item is approved for return, only the product amount will be refunded (excluding delivery charges).
